Long Island needs more letterboxes!!! We did our part by planting one
called Oyster Bay in the town of the same name. It's posted on the
Southeastern New York Letterboxes page, and What's New.

While we were in that part of the state, we found the box called
Avalon: Fly Fishing Long Island, which was very cool. We didn't have
time to go to the Magic Art Store in Westbury.

Finally another box in the nyc area!! I have found one of the two in
Manhattan and plan on planting some there. There were stamps from
several states, so people DO come and look for them.

Where is Teddy Rosevelt Park? That's not the National Memorial where the
House is? Is it a town park or a county park? I'm from Smithtown.

I believe the Park is in Sagamore Hill in Oyster Bay. I remember
going there on an elementary school field trip.
